非遺手作社 服務條款和條件 
生效日期：2025年8月25日

1. 報名與付款

  • 所有課程及工作坊需提前報名方可保留名額。

  • 報名完成後，我們會透過 Email 向學員提供課程詳情，包括付款方式、時間、地點及注意事項。

  • 對於 個人學員，需於收到Email後按照指定日子或之前完成付款方可保留名額。名額有限，報名以付款先後順序確認。

  • 對於 機構或團體報名：

    • 本公司會先提供 報價單（quotation）。

    • 機構需在報價單上簽署或蓋章確認，方可完成報名。

    • 課程費用可於工作坊完成後支付，但需提前確認名額。
       

2. 課程取消與調整

  • 學費一經收取，概不退款，且學位不可轉讓。

  • 課程不可取消。

  • 學員如需調整課程時間，必須於課程開始前 至少 5 天提出書面通知，方式包括 Email 或 WhatsApp（有病假證明除外）。若學員於課程開始前 少於 5 天通知改期，或改期次數超過一次，需支付 港幣 200 元作為改期行政處理費。

  • 本公司允許每位學員 安排改期一次，並可將已繳費用保留 最多 2 個月內使用；逾期未使用，費用恕不退還。

  • 如參加者無故缺席則當作放棄上課，本校不會安排補課及退款。

  • 本公司保留因不可抗力或特殊情況調整課程安排的權利，並會提前通知學員。

  • 如天文台於上課前兩小時發出黑色暴雨 或8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，所有課程將會取消，並安排日子補課。


3. 參加者責任

  • 學員需按課程要求安全操作，尊重導師、其他學員及工作坊環境。

  • 本公司對因個人操作不當或忽視安全指引所造成的意外或損失，不承擔責任或賠償。

  • 有特殊需求的學員（如 SEN 學生等），請於報名時備註告知。


4. 作品與智慧財產

  • 課程中製作的作品屬學員個人所有。

  • 課程教材及教學內容之智慧財產權歸本公司所有（及本公司所屬協會，如適用）。

  • 未經授權，學員不得用於商業用途或轉售。


5. 個人資料

  • 本公司將依照《隱私政策》收集、使用及保護您的個人資料。

  • 報名即表示您同意本公司依隱私政策使用您的資料

6. 免責聲明

  • 本公司會盡力提供安全、專業及高質素的課程，但不保證學員達到特定技能或成果。

  • 對於因不可抗力（如天災、疫情、交通或政府規定）導致課程變動，本公司不承擔任何額外責任。

7. 課程爭議

  • 因本條款或課程服務所產生的任何爭議，非遺手作社保留最終決定權。

​

8. 法律適用與爭議解決

  • 本條款受 香港特別行政區法律 管轄。

9. 如中英文版本有任何歧異，概以中文版本為準。

ICH Handcraft Lab    Terms and Conditions 
Effective Date：August 25, 2025

​

1. Registration and Payment

  • All courses and workshops require advance registration to secure a place.

  • Upon successful registration, we will provide course details via email, including payment methods, time, venue, and important notes.

  • For individual participants: payment must be completed on or before the specified date stated in the email in order to secure a place. Seats are limited and confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

  • For organizations or group registrations:
    。 A quotation will be provided first.
    。 The organization must sign or stamp the quotation to confirm registration.
    。 Course fees may be settled after the workshop is completed, but the seats must be confirmed in advance.

2. Course Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Once tuition fees are collected, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Courses cannot be cancelled.

  • Participants who need to reschedule must submit written notice (by email or WhatsApp) at least 5 days before the course start date (except in cases with a valid medical certificate). If notice is given less than 5 days before, or if rescheduling is requested more than once, an administrative fee of HKD 200 will be charged.

  • Each participant is allowed to reschedule once, and the paid fees can be retained for up to 2 months. After this period, unused fees will be forfeited.

  • Absence without notice will be treated as forfeiture; no make-up classes or refunds will be arranged.

  • The company reserves the right to adjust course arrangements due to force majeure or special circumstances, with prior notice to participants.

  • If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above two hours before class, all courses will be cancelled and rescheduled.
     

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must operate safely in accordance with course requirements, and respect the instructor, other participants, and the workshop environment.

  • The company bears no liability or compensation for accidents or losses arising from personal mishandling or failure to follow safety instructions.

  • Participants with special needs (e.g., SEN students) should indicate this at the time of registration.

4. Works and Intellectual Property

  • Works created during the course belong to the participants.

  • Intellectual property rights of course materials and teaching content belong to the company (and its affiliated associations, where applicable).

  • Without authorization, participants may not use them for commercial purposes or resale.


5. Personal Data

  • The company will collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By registering, you agree to the use of your personal data under the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

  • The company will make every effort to provide safe, professional, and high-quality courses, but does not guarantee that participants will achieve specific skills or outcomes.

  • The company assumes no additional liability for course changes caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, transportation, or government regulations).


7. Course Disputes

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the course services shall be subject to the final decision of ICH Handcraft Lab.


8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.


9. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
